Refund and Returns Policy

At UMAÉ, every piece is made especially for you — crafted on order to ensure uniqueness and reduce waste. While we aim for your 100% satisfaction, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

🛍️ Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the product received is:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, design, or item)

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

💸 Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days

If your order was Cash on Delivery, you’ll be asked to provide your bank details for the refund.

🔁 Exchanges

As each product is made to order, exchanges are not available. Please double-check size guides before placing your order.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products

  • Products worn or washed

  • Products without original tags or packaging
